These terms apply to your use of Sanctuary: Bible Art Jigsaw (the "Game"), operated by Playtick. Contact us at playtick.support@gmail.com. Applicable platform-store terms, including Apple's Standard End User License Agreement for the App Store version, also apply.
Using the Game
Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. This permission does not transfer ownership of the Game, its artwork or other intellectual property to you.
You must be legally able to accept these terms, or have a parent or guardian's permission where required. The Game is not directed to children under 13.
Artwork and content
The artwork and text in the Game are artistic interpretations of Bible stories, made for enjoyment and reflection. They are not intended to represent the teaching of any particular church or denomination.
Coins, hints and purchases
Coins and hints are for use inside the Game. They are not money, have no cash-out value, and cannot be exchanged or transferred outside the Game.
Available products and their localized prices are shown by the platform store before purchase. Purchases, billing and refund requests are handled under the store's process and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms removes your legal rights to a refund or other remedy.
Remove Ads is a one-time purchase that removes ads shown between puzzles; optional reward videos remain available if you choose to watch them. Eligible purchases and active subscriptions can be restored through Settings > Restore purchases. Hint packs that have already been used are not restored.
Gallery Pass subscription
Gallery Pass is an optional auto-renewing subscription offered monthly or yearly. The price and any free trial are shown by the store before you confirm. Payment is charged to your store account. The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancelling stops future renewals, and the benefits stay active until the end of the paid period.
Gallery Pass benefits are described in the Game's shop. Puzzles based on scripture chapters remain free to play without a subscription.
Progress and availability
Progress and balances are stored on your device. There is no Playtick cloud-save service, and transferring devices, uninstalling or clearing data may lose local progress. Restoring purchases does not restore a full game save.
Features and content may change with updates, and uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. An internet connection is required for services such as advertising and purchases. Any changes affecting paid benefits remain subject to applicable consumer protections.
Advertising
The Game may offer optional reward videos and occasional ads between puzzles. Rewards depend on successful completion and confirmation from the advertising service. Ad availability is not guaranteed.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the Game or its services, manipulate purchases, knowingly exploit defects to obtain unauthorized benefits, or use the Game unlawfully. Restrictions on copying or reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law.
Privacy and your rights
Our privacy policy explains how information is handled. These terms do not waive mandatory consumer rights or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your applicable legal rights and remedies remain available.
We may revise these terms as the Game changes. Material changes will be communicated where required, and the effective date above will be updated. Questions can be sent to playtick.support@gmail.com.
